Today’s Daily Dawh Tags includes a look at head coach Hue Jackson saying the Cleveland Browns will be getting the ball in Duke Johnson’s hands more

Duke Johnson is a playmaker with game-changing speed. It’s not something you would believe by looking at his stats this season, but that’s because he’s not getting the ball enough. Good news is the Cleveland Browns have said that’s going to change.

Head coach Hue Jackson has said the Browns need to get the ball in his hands more after he’s had just 11 touches in the first two games. That’s not exactly what most pictured when thinking about the Browns three-headed monster at running back.

With Duke, Carlos Hyde, and Nick Chubb on the roster, it seemed like they could be a force that led the offense. Instead, it’s been a featured back system with Hyde getting the bulk of the touches and the other two waiting.

"A year ago Duke Johnson led the Browns in catches, receiving yards and total yards from scrimmage which earned him a 3-year, $12 million contract extension this offseason.Just 2 games into the 2018 season, Johnson has all but vanished from the game plan."

Hopefully, they figure out a way to get Johnson more involved. The Browns defense has been dominant but the offense has stalled far too often. Maybe a spark plug like Duke can get things rolling. Whether it’s in the slot, or as a running back, he needs touches to help them open things up.

Tyrod Taylor needs to take chances for all 60 minutes

Tyrod Taylor has looked rough for long portions of his first two starts but then has made some great throws with the game on the line. Dan Justik thinks he should be unleashed for all 60 minutes, not just the final few.
