The Cleveland Browns may be losing on the field but the Dawg Pound Daily Pick’em league is thriving. Here are the results from week 2 action.

The Cleveland Browns are on to the New York Jets, but the Dawg Pound Daily Pick’em league is looking back at week 2. But first a public service announcement.

Get your picks in! You cannot win if you do not play. Not a part of the league? You can still join by following this link.

Last week saw tremendous growth in the league. The league gained twenty new players after week one. The more competition the more action and trash talking that ensues. That is a win for all.

More from Dawg Pound Daily

The big winners for the week are Bryan Funk, Jeremy Marks, Matthew McFatridge, and Raeshawn Jack. All four correctly picked 11 games last week. The big not so much winner for the week is Anthony Holben who only picked 5 games. Dishonorable mention goes to Andrew Tkach, Clayton Smith, Jason Furrie and yours truly Joel Cade for only getting 6 games. Moral of the story, don’t trust these guys to help make your picks this week.

Overall, Bryan Funk and Mitch Zoloty are in the lead with 19 correct over two weeks. Next comes Kathryn Cade (I know Kung Fu, just putting it out there), Randy Gurzi and Richard John (who happens to be Randy’s dad but we won’t hold that against him) with 17 games. It is still very close. The lead over players who have got their picks in both weeks is only 4 games. Anything can happen!

As for individual games, Jeremy Marks was on the only person to pick the Buffalo Bills to beat the Los Angeles Chargers. Not sure what you are thinking buddy boy. Not to be outdone, he along with Raeshawn Jack and Andrew Tkach picked the Oakland Raiders over the Denver Broncos. Could have scored big here if not for head coach Jon Gruden’s questionable calls and clock management. Keep trying!

Everyone picked the Los Angeles Rams, otherwise known as the NFL Super Team, to win. Good for everyone. Big picks of the week goes to Raeshawn Jack, Mitch Zoloty and Kevin Madden for picking the Indianapolis Colts over the Washington Redskins. Good pick guys!

Week 3 is upon us with the Browns kicking off Thursday night football in the Land. Get your picks in!

Next. Browns are panicked to the Max. dark

On a side note, there is not enough trash talking in the league yet. People need to step up their game.
