"The Browns did make a move the day prior to the game by signing former Ravens first-round pick Breshad Perriman. He didn’t play on Sunday. But he will now need to learn the offense quickly in order to be productive. So what are the Browns getting in Perriman? Here’s a look."
Perriman has been underwhelming since he was drafted in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft, which is the reason why the Ravens cut him. But with the lack of weapons in the Browns wide receivers corps, Perriman can provide some potentially big plays with his speed.
