Cleveland Browns News: Hue Jackson, Todd Haley on the same bus
By Randy Gurzi
The Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the Cleveland Browns news you need, including Hue Jackson saying he and Todd Haley are on the same page
After the Cleveland Browns lost another close game this weekend, head coach Hue Jackson went on one of his ‘I’m the boss’ rants.
While reminding the world he’s the head coach (something no other head coach feels the need to do), Jackson said he would be more involved in the offense going forward. For added measure, Jackson also reminded us all he’s an offensive guy — again, he needs that affirmation, even if it comes from him.
His anger toward the offense made it seem like he wasn’t happy with the job being done by offensive coordinator Todd Haley.

Now that the heated moment is behind us, the head coach and Haley claim they are on the same page — or is it the same bus? Because we all know Hue loves driving the bus all over anyone who can take the blame off him.

Cleveland Browns News
Todd Haley says he’s on ‘same page’ as Browns’ coach Hue Jackson — Pat McManamon, ESPN
"Todd Haley attributed coach Hue Jackson’s comments about becoming more involved in the Cleveland Browns’ offense to the emotions that come after a loss."
Haley had the cool head in this one because Jackson was throwing him under the bus. Then again, working with Jackson, you have to know that bus is coming. Because he’s the head coach, and anyone who messes up just wasn’t listening to him.
"The NFL has fired down judge Hugo Cruz, a source confirmed for cleveland.com. Browns fans will remember Cruz as the official who missed an obvious false start in the Browns’ loss to the Chargers in Week 6."
Labbe pointed out that the league won’t fire a player over just one missed call. That means Cruz has missed many more. It’s not hard to believe as officiating is at an all-time low lately.
Three Players the Browns should consider trading
Dan Justik looks at three players on the Browns roster that they should consider trading. These aren’t guys they may not be able to keep next season, so it could make sense.
