Watt made ten total tackles, including three sacks, 4.5 tackles for loss, and four quarterback hits. Dupree did not have the same performance as Watt, but he also had a good game, making five total tackles, including one sack, two tackles for loss, and two quarterback hits.
With the amount of pressure that he was seeing, Tyrod Taylor struggled to make any plays against the Steelers. Desmond Harrison and Chris Hubbard were overmatched by Watt and Dupree. Whether it be speed moves or being bull-rushed, the Steelers edge rushers dominated the Browns tackles.
If the Browns want to have a more effective offense this time around, Harrison and Hubbard are going to need to step up. For the entire season, both of the Browns tackles have not been great and have allowed a lot of pressure on whoever was playing quarterback.
With the amount of pressure coming off the edge and collapsing the pocket, Mayfield has not played well the past few weeks than he did during his first performances. For him to have a good first game against the Steelers, he is going to need Harrison and Hubbard keep the edge rushers from collapsing the pocket.
