Cleveland Browns 2019 NFL Mock Draft: Post Hue Jackson draft moves

Round 4: Blace Brown, Cornerback, Troy
Right now, depth is an issue for the Browns at cornerback. That shouldn’t remain the case if they’re able to get Terrance Mitchell back to full health next season. If so, the Browns would just need to add some young prospects to work with. That’s where Blace Brown comes in.

Troy doesn’t offer a lot of playmakers, but they have had a few stars like DeMarcus Ware come from their small school. Brown won’t be at his level, but he could develop into a solid piece for the Cleveland secondary.
Round 5 Pick 1: Jamal Davis II, Linebacker, Akron
Cleveland stays in state here as they look to Akron for their next pick. With their first of two fifth-round selections, they add Jamal Davis II. The senior linebacker transferred from Pitt and has done a great job getting after the football. With Akron, he’s recorded 112 tackles, 4.5 sacks, and a pick.
Round 5 Pick 2 (via Jacksonville Jaguars): Alex Bars, Offensive Guard, Notre Dame
The Browns unexpectedly traded running back Carlos Hyde to the Jaguars this season and they cash that in here for another offensive lineman. Alex Bars is out for the season with a knee injury, which leads to him falling here. Should he be healthy by the start of the season, this could be a steal.
