After making many moves this season, the Cleveland Browns seem to be in a better place. However, not all their moves have worked out as they planned.

This season, the Cleveland Browns have made some great moves that have them looking like a team with a bright future. They have won more games this season than the past two years combined and just headed into the bye week on the heels of their most impressive win of the season.

It was their second game with interim head coach Gregg Williams in control and the Browns shocked the visiting Atlanta Falcons. The Dirty Birds rolled into FirstEnergy Stadium thinking things would be easy. Sure, the Browns looked better last week with Willims in control, but they still lost to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Maybe the Falcons thought their offense could have similar success and looked past the Browns. Whatever the reason, they were treated to a beatdown at the hands of Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, Myles Garrett, and the rest of the Browns young stars.

We already chimed in earlier on the moves that new general manager John Dorsey made that have paid off. However, acting like everything they have done to this point has been perfect would be wrong. No team makes 100 percent of the right moves and the Browns made some errors, which we can now see with hindsight.

Here we will look at the moves that haven’t worked yet. Being fair, some of these moves could wind up being the right call as time goes by. As of the bye week of the 2018 NFL Season though, there hasn’t been enough to feel good about them.
