Cleveland Browns: Baker Mayfield wins Offensive Rookie of the Month

Following three Rookie of the Week awards, Baker Mayfield has won Offensive Rookie of the Month for November. The Dangerous One has been tremendous this month, and his Rookie of the Year resume continues to grow.

Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield has won at every single level. In high school, in college, and now in the pros with the Browns.

Rather quickly, Mayfield is becoming the talk of the league due to his brash nature and fantastic play. Such amazing on-field prowess has been rewarded, as the NFL has named Mayfield the Offensive Rookie of the Month for November.

So far, Mayfield has won NFL Rookie of the Week three times this season. He is currently staring down the barrel of a fourth award, as his four-touchdown performance against the Cincinnati Bengals speaks for itself. Mayfield has been everything Browns fans hoped for and more, and he’s just getting started.

The 23-year old made his presence known in Week 3 against the New York Jets, coming in for an injured Tyrod Taylor. Since then, the Oklahoma product has built a serious rapport as a young stud at quarterback for the Dawg Pound.

Mayfield truly hit a stride in November. Since Week 9, he has thrown for nine touchdowns and just one interception.

The Browns have had a serious shot in the arm since the start of November, and Mayfield is leading the way. As the season reaches its home stretch, Mayfield looks to become the leader of the Offensive Rookie of the Year race and lead the Browns to glory in the future. The future of the Browns is looking bright, and very, very dangerous.
