Cleveland Browns: Baker Mayfield wins fourth Rookie of the Week
For the fourth time in 12 weeks, Baker Mayfield has won the NFL’s Rookie of the Week award. This marks the eighth Browns rookie to win the award this season, as Mayfield builds his Offensive Rookie of the Year resume.
Once again, the Cleveland Browns will see one of their incredible rookies honored for their play.
Baker Mayfield has been scorching hot throughout the month of November, and is on a torrid pace to finish out the rest of the season.
Should he continue his current pace, he will break Peyton Manning’s rookie passing touchdown record, and do it with far less interceptions. Additionally, the NFL has named Mayfield Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season.

On Friday morning, the league named Mayfield Offensive Rookie of the Month for November, and it’s easy to see just why the quarterback was chosen.
Mayfield had nine passing touchdowns and just one interception in November, and has been by far the best rookie quarterback through this point in the season.
If Baker Mayfield keeps up this pace, the Cleveland Browns may have drafted one of the NFL’s future elite quarterbacks with the No. 1 overall pick this season.
Along with running back Nick Chubb, edge rusher Genard Avery, and cornerback Denzel Ward, the Browns have a great foundation for the next decade or so.
The Browns are much improved this season, and with Baker Mayfield at the helm, they should be set for years to come — that’s a far cry from their struggles a season ago.
