FanSided releases their annual Fandom 250 and the Cleveland Browns finished at No. 1 in a ranking of fanbases across all formats of entertainment

We already knew that the Cleveland Browns have the best fanbase in all the NFL. Now we have proof of that thanks to the recent release of the Fandom 250 courtesy of FanSided.

Not only did the Browns come in as the best Fandom in the NFL, but they beat out a wide range of fanbases in every entertainment category you can think of.

Whether it be movies, comic books, or even major brands (like Disney for example) the Browns faithful proved their loyalty to be superior to all.

More from Dawg Pound Daily

"“Browns Backers, who have formed 345 clubs in 14 countries, were so committed to the team that they fought to keep the name and got the NFL to promise to return to the city after former owner Art Modell ripped the team away and took it to Baltimore. This year alone, fans have held two parades for the team, including an impromptu march through the streets after quarterback Baker Mayfield led the team to victory over the New York Jets.” – via FanSided Fandom 250"

Nothint speaks more true to the heart of Browns fans than the above quote. The NFL simply understood that their league was better when Cleveland had a football team. They also understood no ordinary team would do, but that these fans deserved to keep the history of their beloved franchise as well.

Another great aspect is the love they have despite the recent struggles. After not winning since Dec. 24 of 2016, fans went crazy when Baker Mayfield trotted our in Week 3 and led the Browns to a comeback win over the Jets.

Things are finally looking up on the field for the Browns and that’s only going to let the world get a better view of how great these fans are.
