NFL defensive linemen are typically intimidating figures, but Cleveland Browns defensive linemen Myles Garrett and larry Ogunjobi showed off their personalities.

How can the Cleveland Browns defensive beast who has 11.5 sacks, 22 quarterback hits and three forced fumbles be the same smiling teddy bear who agreed to take a hilarious “Friendship Test” on camera with his teammate?

Somehow 22-year-old Myles Garrett, the athletically talented yet humorous 6-foot-4, 272-pound Cleveland Browns defensive end/poet, pulls it off.

If you follow @MylesLGarrett on Twitter, you may have already seen the funny Friendship Test Video with defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi, or @Mr_Ogunjobi, that Garrett tweeted out on Tuesday.

And if you haven’t and you’re in the mood to like last year’s All-Rookie, number-one overall pick and sacking machine even more than you already do, it’s worth a watch.

Garrett’s a man who apparently enjoys being a Brown, a leader, a football beast.

Of course, serious football fans who could care less about Hue-foolery such as a Friendship Test definitely shouldn’t waste the two minutes and 28 seconds it takes to watch the video. Instead, take five quick minutes to skim this written summary.

Reminder: everything you’re about to read is absolutely true.

Friendship Test

Starring: Myles Garrett and Larry Ogunjobi

The video opens in the Browns’ locker room, where it’s difficult not to notice the stacks and stacks of orange shoe boxes and Browns swag in each player’s cubby.

And all those football-player-sized brown leather chairs, plush and comfy.

Pro athlete bennies, very nice. Anyway.

Ogunjobi and Garrett stand side-by-side holding Browns mics. Larry speaks first.

“What’s up, Myles…oh, my bad.”

There’s immediate laughter and man hugs because the line’s supposed to be, “What’s up, Browns fans.”

Garrett busts Larry’s nads and answers, “What’s up, man?”

Cue opening slide that says: A Friendship Test

This time Ogunjobi does the opening spiel correctly, but the whole time he’s flailing the microphone around like a hummingbird’s light-saber or a pre-fumbled football and half of what he says is lost.

But bottom line, Ogunjobi is challenging Garrett’s friendship with a series of questions.

Question 1:

Ogunjobi asks, “If I were on an away trip and forgot my toothbrush, would you let me borrow yours?”

With little hesitation, Garrett answers the way anyone who isn’t disgusting or married would  and says, “No.”

A “Fail” sign immediately pops up and a game show ‘loser’ buzzer sounds.

Myles, a true friend, then adds, “I have an extra toothbrush, you can have that one,” and Larry gives him a “I can’t believe you wouldn’t let me put your toothbrush in my mouth” look for a few comical seconds.

Good bits.

Question 2:

Ogunjobi asks, “If I got a bad haircut, would you tell me?”

Garrett has to think for a second but answers, “Yes.”

A “Pass” sign immediately pops up and a game show ‘winner’ bell sounds.

Good friend.

Question 3:

Ogunjobi asks, “Would you go to a Nickelback concert with me?”

Garrett nods and says, “I like Nickelback,” to which Ogunjobi, the 6-foot-3, 305-pound man with 4.5 sacks, 38 combined tackles, and 13 quarterback hits says, “me too.”

The “Pass” sign pops up and the ‘winner’ bell sounds.

Nickelback?

Great friend, no offense.

Question 4:

Ogunjobi asks, “If a poisonous snake bit me, would you…”

Garrett interrupts with, “Would I suck up the poison? Hell to the no. No sir.”

The “Fail” sign pops up and the ‘loser’ buzzer sounds.

Ogunjobi cries, “Why not? You gonna let me die?”

Garrett, a true friend and teammate, asks, “Where’s it [the bite] at?”

Ogunjobi still can’t believe it and spits, “Maybe on my ankle, my thigh, my arm…?”

“Okay, I could do it.”

The “Pass” sign pops up and the ‘winner’ bell sounds.

And then a comedy moment as smooth as a dual quarterback sack occurs as the two ball-busting giants talk over each other with brilliance:

While Larry imitates Myles stepping over his snake-bitten body like “[Allen] Iverson stepping over [Tyronn] Lue” [in the 2001 NBA finals], Myles is acting out a future scene where Ogunjobi has to tell his kids that “Uncle Myles” once saved him by sucking out poison.

Brilliant.

Question 5:

Ogunjobi asks, “Would you get matching tattoos with me?”

Garrett blows out air like he’s thinking but quickly answers, “Yeah.”

The “Pass” sign pops up and the ‘winner’ bell sounds.

Ogunjobi asks, “What would we get?”

And then Garrett shows how comfortable he is with his own masculinity and jokes, “a heart, and it’s definitely gotta be on each cheek, my right, your left, it’s gonna be an ‘L’ on me and an ‘M’ on you.”

They both double over with laughter.

Somewhat…awkward, but hilarious.

Question 6:

Ogunjobi asks, “If you became the president, would I be the first teammate you’d pick to be your VP?”

Garrett pauses and starts going through a mental list, mouthing names until Ogunjobi asks, “You gotta think about it?”

Then Garrett busts nads again.

“I have to think about some guys who might be qualified.”

“Who’s more qualified than Big L?” asks Ogunjobi, smoothly suggesting a nickname for himself.

“That’s why I said you,” blurts out Garrett.

The “Pass” sign pops up and the ‘winner’ bell sounds.

Good save.

Video closes

Then as Queen’s “You’re my Best Friend” plays, the two Cleveland hellions tell each other, “I love you” and awkwardly hug while Big L says, “Thanks for watching the friendship test, Myles is a good friend.”

“I know,” Garrett laughs.

Ogunjobi tries to back away and yells, “Now get off me.”

Final slide reads: Here’s to the friends you can always count on.

Next. Myles Garrett should seek out greatness. dark

And here’s to Myles Garrett and Larry Ogunjobi, two Browns friends that have firm plans to meet up in Cam Newton’s backfield on Sunday to wreak havoc.

Count on it.
