Start your 2019 by watching every Baker Mayfield touchdown pass
By Dan Justik

Start your 2019 by watching every Baker Mayfield passing touchdown from his rookie season and get excited about the future of the Cleveland Browns.
The Cleveland Browns have finally found their franchise quarterback in Baker Mayfield after years of searching and trying out mediocre quarterbacks.
This will be the first off-season in at least a decade where the Browns do not have to worry about finding their next quarterback. In his rookie season, Mayfield showed his talent and his potential, making it obvious that he is a star in the making.
For Browns fans, one of the best ways to start their 2019 is to watch all 27 of Mayfield’s touchdown passes from his rookie season, courtesy of the NFL’s official Twitter account.

Mayfield’s 27 touchdown passes broke the rookie passing touchdown record of 26, which was previously held by Peyton Manning and Russell Wilson. Mayfield was able to accomplish the record without playing in the first two and a half games of the season.
In the 14 games Mayfield played in his rookie season, he completed 63.8 percent of his passes for 3,725 yards, 27 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions with a quarterback rating 93.7.
Mayfield had to deal with one of the most difficult things a young quarterback will face in the NFL, and that is a coaching change during the season. Not only did his head coach change, but his offensive play-caller also was replaced.
However, the changes actually helped his season, as his personality seemed to match with the personalities of Gregg Williams and Freddie Kitchens. In Kitchens, Mayfield had an offensive play-caller that was able to use his strengths and tailor a game plan to those strengths.
Due to Mayfield’s presence, the Cleveland Browns head coaching job has become arguably the best job available. A head coach will be inheriting a young quarterback that is already showing success in the league with plenty of potential to tap into.
As general manager John Dorsey prepares for the 2019 off-season, he understands that the Browns are close to competing for the playoffs. With Mayfield at quarterback, Dorsey can add talent to the positions around him or on defense without spending assets at the quarterback position.
