Cleveland Browns: Ranking all 29 Starting Quarterbacks before Baker Mayfield

The infamous Cleveland quarterback jersey featured the names of 29 different starting quarterbacks before the arrival of Baker Mayfield; where do they rank amongst each other?
The Cleveland Browns have been the laughing-stock of the NFL for as many years as I can remember, most notably for their ability to run through quarterbacks as strong as Nick Chubb does wimpy tacklers. This led to the creation the infamous quarterback jersey — a Tim Couch jersey featuring a piece of tape for every other quarterback to play for the Browns from 1999 on all the way down the back of the jersey.
Names such as Colt McCoy, the McCown brothers, Ty Detmer, and others are present on this tremendously bad list of quarterbacks. However, it is safe to say that the list has finally come to a conclusion as Cleveland has finally found their franchise quarterback. As much as the rest of the league would love to see that tradition grow and continue to use the Browns as a punching bag, 2018 first overall pick Baker Mayfield has other ideas.
Breaking the record for most touchdown passes by a rookie with 27, Mayfield looks to be the leading contender for Rookie of the Year and has displayed the confidence and poise necessary to be the franchise quarterback that Cleveland has waited on for so long, finishing the season completing an impressive 64% of his passes and performing to the tune of a 93.7 quarterback rating. The jersey can now officially be retired.
Before we throw that jersey in the dumpster fire that has been the Cleveland Browns organization for most of recent history, why not have some fun one last time and rank all 29 of the quarterbacks who came before Mayfield and appeared on that horrid jersey.
