The 2018 Cleveland Browns gave us a lot to be excited about this year. We now look back and hand out the annual awards to include MVP, Rookie of the Year and more

This season was exciting for Cleveland Browns fans. After winning one game in two seasons, they finally turned a corner and were just a couple of points shy of owning a winning record. After being defeated by the Baltimore Ravens in Week 17, they finished with a mark of 7-8-1.

That was not only a huge accomplishment when compared to their wins the prior two seasons, but the Browns also made some strides during the season. They started out the year with a mark of 2-5-1, but then they decided to make some wholesale changes.

Head coach Hue Jackson (and his record of 3-36-1) was sent out the door. Jackson packed up his ‘Bus of Blame’ and left for Cincinnati, but he wasn’t the only coach who had to leave. Also fired at midseason was offensive coordinator Todd Haley, who was clearly in a power struggle with Jackson.

Promoted to take their place was defensive coordinator Gregg Williams and running back coach Freddie Kitchens. The interim head coach and offensive coordinator worked together to get the best out of this young club and they went 5-3 down the stretch.

Now with this season wrapped up, we can take a moment to look back over those 16 games and decide which Browns deserve to be rewarded for their work in 2018. With all that being said, we now hand out the Team Awards for your Cleveland Browns, beginning with the MVP.
