5. Brandon Graham, Philadelphia Eagles

Back in 2010, the Philadelphia Eagles moved up in the first-round of the 2010 NFL Draft to take Brandon Graham at No. 13. The defensive end out of Michigan didn’t have ideal height at 6-foot-2, but his 265-pound frame allowed him to hold up against NFL tackles. He’s spent the next nine seasons providing them a solid piece on the edge. He’s also succeeded in both their former 3-4 defense as well as in the current 4-3 scheme the Eagles now run.

Despite not becoming a full-time starter until 2015, Graham has always been a strong player in Philly and has also been one of the highest graded defensive ends according to Pro Football Focus (subscription required). This past season, Graham was ranked No. 8 overall by PFF, but his 88.1 grade was actually lower than the 90.4 and 91.4 he recorded in each of the past two years.

Graham still doesn’t have stats that jump off the screen and has yet to record a double-digit sacks season with 9.5 in 2017 being his career high. Even so, he puts up plenty of pressures, stuffs the run, and just simply does his job. Set to turn 31-years old, Graham wouldn’t be a long-term answer, but he could provide a great starting veteran on a very young line.
