The Cleveland Browns have the money to make moves in free agency and should consider targeting these free agents from the NFC North.

Since taking over as the general manager of the Cleveland Browns, John Dorsey has not been afraid to aggressively add talent to the roster.

He is willing to take chances on troubled players such as Antonio Callaway and Kareem Hunt to build an extremely competitive roster from the top to the bottom.

Dorsey will carry that same approach into the 2019 free agency period. The Browns have plenty of cap space to make some big moves, and Dorsey will not shy away from making that big move.

But even if Dorsey decides that he does not want to make aggressive moves in free agency, it would not be surprising to see him find multiple veterans to build talented depth.

Last off-season, Dorsey did exactly that during free agency. He signed players like Chris Hubbard, Darren Fells, T.J Carrie, and Terrance Mitchell. Despite not being big names, each player played big roles on the 2018 roster.

With the Browns getting closer to competing for playoff contention, it would make a lot of sense for Dorsey to take a similar approach this off-season. By building a competitive roster, it helps push the starters as well as protect the team in case of injuries.

The free agency period is just one week away, so we are taking a look at one free agent the Browns should consider targeting from every team in the league. Here’s a look at free agents from the NFC North that the Browns should take a look at.
