With Cleveland Browns general manager John Dorsey showing that he will be aggressive this off-season, he may look at the best free agents from the AFC West.

After all of the rumors surrounding the Cleveland Browns the past couple of days, one thing is certain: Browns general manager John Dorsey is going to be aggressive this off-season.

Even if Dorsey does not land Odell Beckham Jr. in the rumored deal that has taken NFL twitter by storm this week, it is obvious that he will explore every avenue to make the Browns’ roster in 2019 as good as possible.

With the Browns having some of the most cap space in the NFL entering the free agency period, it appears likely that Dorsey will carry his aggressiveness into trying to sign free agents.

There are several talented players available in this year’s free agent class, and the positions that the Browns have needs at have some of the best free agents available.

If Dorsey is aggressive in free agency and signs some of the top players at the positions he views as needs, he can be even more aggressive exploring trades. With his needs addressed, he would not have to be as concerned with holding on to draft picks to fill out the roster.

The Browns have a great opportunity in front of them for the next several seasons. Most of their top talent are on cheap contracts, so Dorsey can be aggressive in supplementing that talent with even more talented players.

The AFC West has some top free agents available in the class, so we take a look at which players in the division the Browns should consider targeting when the free agency period opens next week.
