2. K.J. Wright, Seattle Seahawks

Considered the eighth-best free agent in the NFL this season by NFL.com, K.J. Wright is a name that doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Playing alongside Bobby Wagner on the Seattle Seahawks defense is a huge reason for that as the attention has always seemed to fall on Wagner for the Seahawks stellar defense.

More from Browns News

As for Wright, he’s as smart as they come and has played more than one linebacker spot in the Seattle defense. He was at his best from 2014 through 2017 when he totaled at least 100-tackles in each season during that stretch. However, his numbers fell in 2018 due to a knee injury, which has to worry teams — especially when coupled with his age. This was pointed out by the writers of the NFL’s top free agent list.

"“Perennially overlooked on a star-studded Seattle defense, Wright is now heading into his age-30 season after battling a lingering knee injury throughout 2018. Interested teams will have to wonder if he’s past his prime.” — Gregg Rosenthal and Chris Wesseling, NFL.com"

This doesn’t feel like the kind of signing Dorsey would normally go after, but Wright does bring an awful lot of talent to the table that the Browns could use. Of course, they would have to feel really good about his knee.
