The Daily Dawg Tags brings you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know, including Odell Beckham Jr. focused on helping the Browns’ turnaround.

One of the biggest criticisms of new Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is that he has attitude problems. With him being so focused on himself, he brings an entire locker room down.

People will cite Beckham’s blowups on the sidelines, which includes him knocking over the kicker’s net during a game.

However, the other way of looking at Beckham’s blowups is that he is an extremely passionate player and losing bothers him. Beckham wants to win and will do whatever he can to be a part of a winning team.

Odell Beckham Jr. seems determined to give Browns fans winning football team – Matthew Florjancic, WKYC.com

"Odell Beckham Jr. may be one of the newest members of the Cleveland Browns, but the All-Pro wide receiver is a quick study on history and understands the struggles the organization has been through in recent seasons. And Beckham Jr. seems ready to get to work on giving the Browns fans what they deserve, starting with the 2019 regular season."

Beckham being moved out of the New York media market might be exactly what he needed for his career. Although the Browns are going to generate a lot of interest, Beckham will not be scrutinized for every little thing he does. This should help keep Beckham focused on the task at hand and that is bringing winning football back to Cleveland.

On OBJ trade, Dave Gettleman said Browns had to ‘knock it out of the park’ with two 1s and a 3 – Mary Kay Cabot, Cleveland.com

"Giants GM Dave Gettleman, who’s taking enormous heat for trading Odell Beckham Jr. to the Browns, stressed he only did so because his good friend John Dorsey made him an offer he couldn’t refuse."

It is easy to argue the Browns made it out like bandits with the Beckham trade considering they did not have to deplete their draft stock to get the wide receiver. Although trading a first round pick and Jabrill Peppers hurts, adding a Hall of Fame level talent should have cost the Browns more in assets.
