By Dan Justik
The Daily Dawg Tags brings you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know, including the Browns expected to see a two win jump in 2019.
With all of their moves this off-season, the Las Vegas sportsbooks have been looking very kindly on the Cleveland Browns. Instead of predicting the Browns to be one of the worst teams in the league next season, Las Vegas sees them as being one of the best in the AFC.

"On Sunday, sportsbook operator CG Technology released its over-under win totals for all 32 NFL teams. And one of the most notable numbers came in the form of the Browns over-under wins total, which opened at 9 victories."
