CBS Sports gives Cleveland Browns highest AFC North offseason grade

CBS Sports approves of the moves made during the 2019 NFL Offseason by the Cleveland Browns as they gave them the best grade in the AFC North
A crazy offseason full of big moves by the Cleveland Browns has gotten some extremely positive reviews from everyone not named Colin Cowherd. Those reviews continued as CBS Sports recently released their rankings for the offseason moves made by all four teams in the AFC North, which had the Browns on top.
The rankings from Ryan Wilson had the Cincinnati Bengals with the lowest grade of C and the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers tied in the middle with a C+. As for Cleveland, they were standing head and shoulders above the rest with an A.
Cleveland added a lot of talent to their roster last season which saw them move from a 0-16 franchise to a 7-8-1 club. They followed that up this offseason by adding wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr., defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson, and edge rusher Olivier Vernon in free agency and trades.

Then in the draft, the Browns landed cornerback Greedy Williams and linebackers Sione Takitaki and Mack Wilson. Those moves prompted the high grade as Wilson said this team is now “stocked with young playmakers.”
"“The Browns have a franchise quarterback and a roster stocked with young playmakers, while the Steelers, Ravens and Bengals have various roster concerns that make them vulnerable in a way that previously wasn’t a concern, mostly because the Browns were the presumed laughing stock of the conference.” — Wilson, CBS Sports"
As for the Steelers, they lost Antonio Brown in the offseason but that could be seen as addition by subtraction considering the fact he had become upset in Pittsburgh. They also saw Le’Veon Bell leave, but he never showed up in 2018 anyway.
The Ravens added some offensive firepower in Marquise Brown and Mark Ingram but lost some of their defensive stars such as C.J. Mosley and Za’Darius Smith. Not only that, but quarterback Lamar Jackson has already admitted to struggling with a new offense.
Coming in last was the Bengals, who finally moved on from Marvin Lewis. However, they have an inexperienced head coach taking his place and many of the same questions about their roster.
If the offseason is any indication, this could be the year the Browns finally take control of the AFC North.
