The Cleveland Browns are set to have a high-powered, vertical offense this year, and the odds-makers seem to believe that as well

Heading into the 2019 season, there’s a lot of hype surrounding the Cleveland Browns, but is this excitement felt all around the league or is it just central to fans of the team?

Fans are pumped about the addition of wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr. and Kareem Hunt to an offense that already contained Jarvis Landry, Antonio Callaway, David Njoku, and Rashard Higgins. Their firepower is impressive but the man leading it all is why the hype feels real this time.

Quarterback Baker Mayfield, selected first overall out of Oklahoma last season injected some excitement and self-confidence into their offense. Mayfield said before the draft that he was the man they needed to turn the team around. He came off as cocky to some, but what he meant was this team needed someone who was previously on the bottom to show everyone in the organization that they don’t have to stay there.

Mayfield walked on to two different colleges, going from Texas Tech to Oklahoma. He went from someone no one wanted to a Heisman Trophy winner and the top pick in the draft. Now, he’s turning around one of the most downtrodden teams in the NFL. And it’s not just the Browns backers who feel this way.

According to Odds Shark, the Cleveland offense should have a great season. They find themselves in the top-10 rankings for all the recently released offensive “2019 NFL Individual Season Props.” Here, we look at those props and see which players were named by the betting site for the Browns, and why — starting with their new leader.
