Plenty of questions were answered by the Cleveland Browns in their preseason opener, but they still have some to address as they enter Week 2 of the exhibition games

With a win in the first week of the preseason in their back pockets, the Cleveland Browns are ready to turn the page and begin their second week of exhibition play. This week, they will face off with another AFC rival as they travel to Lucas Oil Stadium to take on the Indianapolis Colts.

These two franchises are run by good friends as Indy general manager Chris Ballard and Cleveland’s John Dorsey worked with one another in Kansas City. They share many of the same philosophies and both have done good work rebuilding their respective rosters.

On the field, the players will know one another well as the teams are having joint practices on Aug. 14 and 15 before their game on Saturday the 17th. It will be a good test all week as the Browns know they still have plenty of questions to answer throughout the preseason.

Here, we look at five such questions that remain following their win over the Washington Redskins this past week.

Bonus Question: Who the heck will be the kicker?

This is one that needs to be answered but likely cannot be figured out in Week 2 of the preseason, but Cleveland needs to figure out who their kicker will be in 2019. The Browns had too many issues go wrong with kicking last year to rush this decision. While the general feeling is that Austin Seibert will win the job, we still have seen next to nothing out of him.

The rookie was 2-of-2 on extra points but has yet to kick a field goal in a game for the Browns. As for Greg Joseph, he knocked a 43-yarder right through the uprights but then was just 1-of-2 on extra points.

Eventually, we will know the answer to this one, but the kicking competition is likely to continue all the way through to final cuts.
