Let Your Stars Shine

Despite being a team-based sport, football at the professional level is still very much a game of superstars. For the first time since 1999, the Cleveland Browns have a roster with multiple superstar-level talents on either side of the ball. Unfortunately for the Tennessee Titans, they will be the first witnesses of the “New Browns” and the amount of talent on their roster.

The Browns have all the talent in the world on their roster, a breath of fresh air for a fanbase that has longed for winning football for two decades. Frankly, one of the biggest keys to Week 1 and defeating the Tennessee Titans is to let those stars loose for the first time.

Rookie head coach Freddie Kitchens is going to have a lot on his plate this season, managing some of the most talented and most talkative players in the NFL. But Kitchens’ offense spoke for itself last season, as then-rookie Baker Mayfield took the spotlight under his tutelage as interim offensive coordinator.

The Browns are one of the most talented teams in the league, on paper. The paper roster will finally jump onto the field on Sunday when the Browns meet their first opponent of the new season.

If Cleveland’s start show their true potential, the Browns should be able to handle the Titans and win their season opener for the first time since 2004.
