Cleveland Browns Week 2 predictions in historical Monday Night Football game vs. Jets

Game: Cleveland Browns (0-1) at New York Jets (0-1)
Prediction: The Jets come into this game with a ton of playmakers on the injury report including their high-priced free agents running back Le’Veon Bell and linebacker C.J. Mosley.
Both of them are expected to play but quarterback Sam Darnold will not due to an illness so former Denver Bronco Trevor Semien will start for New York. Siemian is an accurate passer but there is a reason that he is no longer a starter.
The key to this game for the Browns will be the line of scrimmage. They shouldn’t need to score more than 24 points because the Jets didn’t score that much with Darnold in week one.
Protecting Baker Mayfield was a problem for Cleveland and they will have to play better. The defensive line also needs to get pressure against a bad Jets offensive line.
If they can get pressure and force Semien to make quick decisions the secondary should have a chance to make some plays. Turnovers may not be necessary but it would be nice to see after what happened last week.
Cleveland should score a lot of points in this game and the Jets won’t score a lot with a backup quarterback. This is a must-win game for the Browns because their upcoming schedule is tough and they may not be able to bounce back from an 0-2 start.
Score: Cleveland Browns 34 New York Jets 13
