Cleveland Browns: 5 bold predictions vs San Francisco 49ers
Odell Beckham Jr. will have a bounce back game
The national media has speculated all week about the mental state of Odell Beckham Jr. after he only had two catches for 20 yards against Baltimore. The belief is that he cannot be satisfied with such little production and will eventually let his unhappiness show in a bad way.

But his lack of catches was not for a lack of targets, he was targeted seven times last week but he was blanketed by Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey, who followed Beckham all around the field. Humphrey got under Beckham’s skin and it boiled over into the wrestling match that we all saw.
Beckham will have to have a handle on his emotions as he faces another mouthy defensive back in Richard Sherman. The difference this week is Sherman is not likely to shadow Beckham all over the field.
Sherman is the true definition of a lock down corner. He is going to make an entire side of the field unavailable for the quarterback. But if Freddie Kitchens can move Beckham around to the slot and to the other side of the field he should get some favorable matchups.
Beckham can be productive against Sherman, but he is more likely to go off against some other defensive backs. His partner in crime Jarvis Landry cleared concussion protocol on Friday and is likely to play so that should take some of the attention off Beckham.
If the Browns want a chance to win this game, they will have to find a way to get the ball to their superstar wide receiver.
