The Cleveland Browns are back in prime-time against the 49ers after a dominant divisional win. But the Browns still have questions that need answers.

During the first four games of the season, the Cleveland Browns were dealing with a variety of issues. A lot of those issues seemed fixable and needed to be fixed if the Browns were planning on being in the playoffs this season.

Against the Ravens, the Browns seemed to clean up a lot of the issues that were hindering them earlier in the season, such as Baker Mayfield holding onto the ball too long and the defense being called for penalties, allowing free first downs.

Cleveland’s win over the Ravens showed great progress for the Browns. They were making plays on both sides of the ball and were not shooting themselves in the foot. It quelled a lot of the concerns about the team and reignited the hope about the 2019 Browns.

However, it was only one game. The Browns and head coach Freddie Kitchens have made that well-known. If they do not continue the momentum they generated in Baltimore, they could be right back to trying to fix the issues that hurt the team at the beginning of the season.

Monday night will not be an easy game as they will be taking the field against a team who has shown the looks of being a playoff team at the beginning of the season. The 49ers have a stellar defense and have shown some explosiveness on offense.

With a win on Monday, the Browns can show the entire NFL that they are a playoff-caliber team. Backing up their solid performance against the Ravens can set the tone for the rest of the season for the Browns. But a loss can create more questions about who the Browns are as a team in 2019.

Even after their win in Baltimore, there are still several questions the Browns need to answer Monday night. There is still a lot of uncertainty about Cleveland, but they can change that perspective Monday night.
