The Cleveland Browns take on the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium in Week 5 of the 2019 NFL Season. Here’s all the information you need to watch the game.
After a tough loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football in Week 3, the Cleveland Browns redeemed themselves in Week 4 as they took it to the Baltimore Ravens.
Now at 2-2, they’re in first place in the AFC North and are set for their second appearance on Monday Night Football. In Week 2, they were on the ESPN game and knocked off the New York Jets. Now, they take on a familiar face as Kyle Shanahan and the San Francisco 49ers host the new-look Browns.
Shanahan was the offensive coordinator in Cleveland back in 2014 and became infamous for his powerpoint presentation where he was asking for his release. Since then, he found enough success to earn a head coaching job and has his team coming off a bye week with a 3-0 record.

Cleveland would surely love to knock him down a peg, but don’t expect this game to be personal. The current roster has only one offensive player, Joel Bitonio, who was there when Shanahan was on the sidelines.
Instead, their motivation will be all about staying atop the AFC North and building on the success they had last week.
