Cleveland Browns News: Do Raiders have eyes on Odell Beckham?
By Randy Gurzi
The Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know, including a story linking Odell Beckham, Jr. to the Oakland Raiders
As Cleveland Browns fans know all too well, some stories simply never die. That’s starting to be the case with the recent crazy notion of the team shipping off wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr.
Sure, the high-profile wide receiver hasn’t put up the numbers that were expected, but the entire offense is a mess right now. So putting any of that blame on him would be ridiculous.
Still, some have tried and that’s led to an unverified rumor that the team is listening to offers for OBJ. Again, there’s no truth but it continues to make the rounds and now fans of other teams — such as the Oakland Raiders — are hoping to see No. 13 brought to their franchise.

Damian Lillard wants Odell Beckham Jr. on Raiders if Browns make trade — Dalton Johnson, NBC Sports
"“That’s right, Dame wants Odell Beckham Jr. on the Raiders. It certainly would be a huge boost to the team’s receiving corps issues, but no, this isn’t going to happen. While the Browns (2-3) haven’t lived up to their sky-high expectations this season, especially after a 31-3 beatdown from the 49ers on “Monday Night Football,” Cleveland is sticking with OBJ. “"
I completely agree with Johnson that this isn’t happening. The Browns aren’t about to abandon ship with OBJ even if his numbers aren’t great right now. That’s really more of a reflection of the offense’s struggles rather than an indication of Beckham’s fit.
