Game: (4-1) Seattle Seahawks vs (2-3) Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns return home to First Energy Stadium after getting boat raced by the San Francisco 49ers. The Browns will be hoping to get a heaping serving of home cooking as they take on Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks.

In this week six matchup, the Browns’ offense needs to get itself in gear and forge an identity. The Seahawks have a good defense, but this isn’t the Legion of Boom from years past. They are still stout against the run, but the Browns have to commit to feeding Nick Chubb early and often. The Browns need to let Chubb’s running open up the passing game.

The Browns should be able to exploit the Seahawks’ defensive backs this week. That is providing the offensive line can provide Baker Mayfield over two and half seconds to throw the football. Mayfield needs to find his rhythm and take what the defense is giving him.

The Browns’ defense is facing a tall task on Sunday. Russell Wilson is playing some of the best football of his eight-year career. Even if the Browns are able to slow down the Seahawks rushing attack, they’ll still have to find a way to get Wilson off schedule.

Discipline will be the keyword of the day for the Browns’ defense. Don’t be surprised if Joe Schobert has close to 20 tackles this week. Hopefully, they’re all not taking place seven or eight yards downfield.

This will be a very close game with the lead changing hands multiple times. It will all come down to a game-winning field goal by Austin Siebert. The Browns will pull to an even 3-3 before going into the bye week, and then…we are on to New England!

Prediction: Browns 27  Seahawks 24
