Damarious Randall has recently removed his Cleveland Browns affiliation from his social media accounts, which means he’s soon to be moved, just ask Duke Johnson.

Damarious Randall has disowned being involved with the Cleveland Browns.  He recently took down anything on social media that hinted at him being part of this team even though most fans wanted him resigned and kept here long-term.

As Browns fans, how should we feel about this betrayal? Is it all business? Randall has been very vocal when it comes to issues throughout the league this offseason and so far through this season. Did he ask too much and scare GM John Dorsey off during the offseason? Or has his play this season, when healthy, been lacking and not worthy of what was demanded in a new contract?

I would have to assume his gameplay so far this season. Now, with that in mind, with his affiliations erased, with a big contract on his horizon, where is he being traded to?

The Washington Redskins? I’d like to think so ‚— and why not? They get a decent safety, when healthy, and the Browns could use him to get a left tackle that can anchor an offensive line for the next two to three years in Trent Williams. Would anybody really object to that? I’d like to think not.

The Cleveland Browns need an offensive tackle that can show this team what it is to protect their quarterback, and if he can mentor some of these younger linemen along the way, why not?

Maybe Arizona? Their safety play this year hasn’t been great.  Randall would come in and start, the Browns get a solid draft pick. Maybe even two draft picks. Sign me up for that deal.

There’s also the Atlanta Falcons. This season, that team has simply been bad, and their defense is the worst part. Randall would come in and start and contribute big numbers from day one. Draft picks for the Browns and the Falcons grab a safety who will play hard for them and who will stay healthier than their current safeties.

Another option is the Carolina Panthers. Sure, the Browns could use more picks to throw at this draft and try to bolster a struggling offensive line and a defense that still looks troubled. Cam Newton is over the hill and the Panthers refuse to see it, that will equal higher draft picks for the Browns if a trade it to happen. Again, Randall comes in and starts and makes an impact day one.

dark. Next. The other All-Pro OT Browns could trade for

Damarious Randall is a solid safety, with plenty of upside. I’m not sure why this season has been so tainted for him and the Browns as a whole, but hopefully, both parties, the Browns and Randall find a solution to this situation.
