The Cleveland Browns won their third game last week and that created new optimism about the rest of the season. The Pittsburgh Steelers feel the same as they won their fourth straight game.

Thursday Night Football in Week 11 will feature the Cleveland Browns playing host to the Pittsburgh Steelers in an AFC North battle. It’s always a big deal when these two long-time rivals get together, two blue-collar cities not very far apart. That won’t change with this meeting as these teams battle for position in the division.

The Browns lost a crucial game to the Denver Broncos two weeks ago and all hope seemed to be lost. But a victory against the Buffalo Bills who were 6-2 has to give this team some hope.

They’re a long way from competing for a playoff berth, but they know they have the talent and the schedule to go on a winning streak. They will be tested this week by the Pittsburgh Steelers who are on a winning streak themselves.

Not only are they are a winning streak, but they have also done it with two different backup quarterbacks. They are now in second place in the division and could compete for a wild card or even the division title if they get some lucky breaks down the stretch.

It’s not the offense that has been carrying this team though, it’s their defense that has been on fire since they traded for Minkah Fitzpatrick.

The Steelers pass rush and their secondary have been in perfect sync, creating turnovers and giving the offense good field position. They have even scored a couple of touchdowns on that side of the ball.

That wouldn’t be good for Cleveland because their offense has struggled as well, they rank 26th in the NFL in points scored. The best game plan for the Browns is to run the ball and try to control the clock.

They did a good job against the Bills of running the ball and still getting it to their playmakers on the outside. They’ll have to replicate that against a Steelers defense who has been playing out of their mind.

Here are some Browns to keep your eye on this week as they look to get a second win in a row.
