The Cincinnati Bengals are not a good team. They’re also a team that finally won a game this season and because of that, they pose a major threat to a Cleveland Browns team that cannot put it together this year.

The Cleveland Browns will play the Cincinnati Bengals this weekend. They should be able to pull off a win but they can’t be cocky. They also have to keep an eye on these three players.

Andy Dalton, QB

Andy Dalton, the Red Rocket, can do some damage if the Browns secondary allows it. We still don’t know if Freddie Kitchens will bench a starter for some discipline reasons this late in the season because he didn’t do enough in the preseason to earn his teams respect.

Freddie, if you have a job after this season, even if you win out, I will be shocked.

Andy Dalton is not a top five quarterback in this league. I wouldn’t even put him in the top 15, however, the Browns have lost to quarterbacks this year who would never start in the NFL outside of being a warm body during injuries to the starting quarterback.

Geno Atkins, DT, Carlos Dunlap DE

These two are pro bowlers. Geno Atkins a seven time guy, and Carlos Dunlap twice. They can/will put this offensive line to its test. The Browns can steamroll this lowly Bengals team if they get back to their basics. Quick passes, simple routes, and play action.

If the Browns cannot stop the pass rush from these two, expect a long and upsetting day. The Browns should be able to put up points against this Bengals team. 40 plus points should be expected if they were able to do it against the Ravens and Dolphins. A team that should have beat the Seahawks while putting up 28 points.

The Browns offense can put up points when Freddie doesn’t mess up the play calling. Stay aggressive and gain morale back in your players. If you hope to even compete with the Ravens you must have some type of positivity going for this team. Freddie can conjure that for this team by not being a bad head coach.

Geno Atkins and Carlos Dunlap are seasoned veterans, they will be able to beat up on this offensive line if given enough time. The offensive tackles are simply not good. Wyatt Teller has potential but he needs some guidance and I think he will get that this offseason with Joel Bitonio.

Next. OBJ does little to silence rumors. dark

It’ll be alright Browns fans, have some faith, the Browns should win this week, if they drop this game for some reason, smash the panic button.
