The Daily Dawg Tags brings you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know, including the Browns potentially getting ready for another head coach search.

After last offseason, the Cleveland Browns thought they landed the head coach that will be guiding the future of their franchise quarterback. However, the Freddie Kitchens-Baker Mayfield pairing has been a disaster in year one.

Mayfield has taken a step back from his rookie season and has been one of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL this season. Kitchens has made many blunders that have piled up enough to cause the Browns to lose on Sundays.

It is clear Kitchens is in over his head as a head coach and it is hurting the Cleveland Browns organization. With players constantly screaming at Kitchens on the sidelines, there may be a player revolt if Kitchens is retained for 2020.

Commentary: Freddie Kitchens isn’t exactly making a strong case for a second season – Jim Ingraham, BrownsZone

It’s also clear the players do not believe in him, which would make it difficult for the organization to tell them Kitchens would be leading them again in 2020.

Urban Meyer would be a good fit as Cleveland Browns head coach

Former Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer would reportedly be a possibility to become Browns head coach if they move on from Kitchens, and Meyer may be the fit the Browns need for their next potential head coach.

"Freddie Kitchens’s squad entered 2019 with high expectations, but ended the season in chaos. Will the head coach become a one and done? And what other changes should the team make?"

The Browns still being in playoff contention during Week 16 was amazing considering all of the problems they had this season. But looking back at the season already, there were not many things that went right for the Browns.
