The Cleveland Browns need to make some moves this offseason and we help by identifying one player to cut, one to extend, and one that is on the bubble

When John Dorsey took over as the general manager for the Cleveland Browns in Dec. 2017, he knew there was a lot of work that needed to be done. And he didn’t waste any time getting things started.

He quickly released Kenny Britt, admitting that the previous regime overpaid for him in free agency. He then traded out the entire quarterback room and turned over much of the roster.

There have been positive results so far, even if this season didn’t feel like it. When Dorsey arrived, this team was finishing the second 0-16 season in the NFL’s history — and things weren’t improving.

Dorsey then found them a new quarterback in Baker Mayfield and has since added several stars such as Jarvis Landry, Odell Beckham, Jr., Nick Chubb, and Denzel Ward — just to name a few.

Now just two years removed from their winless season, the Browns are trying to go to 7-9 in Week 17, which is actually a disappointment considering the moves Dorsey made.

Rather than get discouraged about his work, we should be focused on what he needs to do next to get this team over the hump. We attempt to help in that area as we look over the Cleveland Browns roster and identify one player they should cut, one who should be extended, and one that could come down to a coin toss.
