The Cleveland Browns fell to 6-10 on the season with a Week 17 loss to the Bengals. Here were the studs and duds from their final game of the year.

In one of the more shocking outcomes of the season, the Cleveland Browns lost by a score of 33-23 to the Cincinnati Bengals. Not only were the Browns riding a three-game winning streak against the Bengals, but their AFC North rivals had just one win on the season before this game.

And with them already guaranteed the worst record in the NFL this year, there was nothing at all for them to play for other than pride. For Cleveland, they had a little more than that. They came into this game with a coach on the hottest of hot seats and he was needing his players to come out strong to help him keep his job.

That didn’t happen as they were beaten in every phase of the game on Sunday. Cincinnati ran all over the Cleveland defense, they created three turnovers and made the clutch throws when they needed them.

Now with their 10th loss of the season in the books, we look back over the Week 17 contest and select the Browns studs and duds from the not-so-grand finale.

Honorable mention: OBJ

Odell Beckham, Jr. hasn’t been the player he expected to be this season and he will probably be criticized all offseason for that. However, even with this being a ‘down’ season for him, OBJ wound up crossing the 1,000-yard mark on Sunday by pulling in two passes for 81-yards.

He also caught a 20-yard touchdown reception on a desperation pass into traffic by quarterback Baker Mayfield. This came after he had to take himself off the field earlier when he was clearly not feeling like himself.

Beckham has been battling health concerns all season and may need surgery but still had 74 receptions for 1,035 yards. With that being during a bad season for him, there should be some excitement still as he should enter 2020 fully healthy and ready for a good campaign.
