The Daily Dawg Tags bring you all the Cleveland Browns news you need to know, including a story about Jimmy and Dee Haslam running a ‘never-ending circus’

Look out P.T. Barnum, Jimmie and Dee Haslam are trying to become the new greatest showmen in the world. The Cleveland Browns owners are often the subject of criticism and this offseason has been no different.

Things seemed to be changing in Berea as the two owners were starting to turn things over to general manager John Dorsey. That ended on Tuesday though, as the owners and the general manager mutually agreed to part ways.

This comes in the midst of their second head coaching search in a year and now the team is once again under full control of the Haslams as they look for a new coach — and then possibly a GM.

All these sudden changes have the Browns once again being made fun of with some calling it a “never-ending” circus.

Opinion: Browns owners Jimmy and Dee Haslam are to blame for never-ending circus — Marla Ridenour, The Akron Beacon Journal

"“In the seven years since they took over the franchise in October 2012, the Haslams have proved to be as incapable of making a decision on their own as vilified former owner Art Modell.”"

The indecision and impatience of the Haslams has been their downfall. They simply can’t get out of their own way and once again decided to blow everything up rather than try and tweak a thing or two. Sadly, we all kind of saw this coming.

Cleveland Browns coaching search has me talking to myself about Robert Saleh, Josh McDaniels and others — Terry Pluto, Cleveland.com

"“Q: So how does Saleh fit?A: He’s been in the NFL for 15 seasons, the last three as defensive coordinator for the 49ers. He is working for Kyle Shanahan, who is the hottest NFL coach right now. He was the Browns’ offensive coordinator in 2014.”"

Pluto is doing his own Q&A in regards to the current coaching search. He gives some solid information about Saleh, Brian Daboll, and Josh McDaniels.

Jarvis Landry takes scathing shots at Freddie Kitchens

The John Dorsey firing was unexpected, but we all saw the writing on the wall for Freddie Kitchens. After his departure, Jarvis Landry calls out his lack of leadership saying the team needs that more than anything else in their next coach.

Dysfunctional Browns had deep dawg house versus Bengals

One thing about Freddie Kitchens that stood out was his massive dog house. Players were thrown in there quickly and had a hard time escaping says Elliot Kennel.
