The Cleveland Browns will once again be watching the Super Bowl, but there are potential free agents playing Sunday night the Browns should have an eye on.

With the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City in their final preparations for Super Bowl LIV, the Cleveland Browns are once again enduring in a regime and head coaching change within the organization.

It has become an all-too-common theme that the Browns are making changes while the NFL playoffs are underway. This January and February has been no different, creating plenty of frustration for the Dawg Pound.

The Browns were hoping the 2019 season would be different. With what seemed like enough talent on paper, the expectations in Cleveland mainly involved a postseason appearance. Instead, the Browns had one of the most frustrating seasons the team has dealt with since the franchise returned to Cleveland in 1999.

The Cleveland Browns will be joining 29 other teams watching the Super Bowl on Sunday night. Despite what many believed to be a talented enough roster overcome shortcomings, it became evident the Browns needed a more complete roster.

Still boasting plenty of cap space this offseason, the Browns have the ammunition to make some moves, including in free agency. Cleveland does not need to target the top free agents this offseason. Instead, they need to do a better job of filling out the roster and building depth.

Both the 49ers and Chiefs will have potential free agents who can address a need for the Browns. So here is a look at players in the Super Bowl the Browns should consider targeting in free agency.
