The Cleveland Browns have made a lot of moves over the past two seasons and could be up for more. Here are 3 potential moves that fans can get behind.

Things are looking up for the Cleveland Browns after they landed a new head coach in Kevin Stefanski, who is coming off a great season calling plays for the Minnesota Vikings. He’s also added some great assistant coaches including receivers coach Chad O’Shea and defensive coordinator Joe Woods.

Of course, we heard all this last season when Freddie Kitchens was building his staff and the team fell apart. With that being the case, fans are tempering expectations this season as they don’t want to get too high, only to be let down again.

But that doesn’t mean they can’t get excited about the moves that have transpired so far — or the ones that are coming. And that’s where our attention is now as we look at three potential moves the Browns could make that fans would have no problem buying into.

Honorable mention: Sign fullback C.J. Ham

When Kevin Stefanski was answering questions about his new team, he mentioned that he likes to utilize the fullback position. He didn’t do it often in Minnesota but when he did, Stefanski and the Vikings had success. As fate would have it, the fullback he had in 2019 is a free agent and the Browns currently don’t have a player to fill this role.

C.J. Ham is a free agent but he is restricted, meaning Minnesota could match any offer he signs. However, with his position being undervalued, it’s unlikely there would be a bidding war for his services.

It wouldn’t be a splash play but it would be hard for fans to disapprove of the new coach adding a player he’s familiar with at a position he likes to use.
