The 2020 NFL Scouting Combine is here as the players are preparing for drills later this week. Here are 5 players for the Cleveland Browns to focus on.

Draft season has always been like Christmas for Cleveland Browns fans. They’re usually drafting high and have their choice of many top prospects. In fact, the Browns had three picks in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft and another two in 2018 which made the opening round a lot of fun for their fans.

In 2019, it was a different story. Cleveland had traded away their first pick in their move with the New York Giants that brought in Odell Beckham, Jr. No one complained about sitting out the first night since OBJ was worth what they paid but it still felt weird.

Fast-forward to 2020 and Cleveland is back making a choice early on as they own the No. 10 overall selection. Even with a couple of months between now and the draft, we have all already dug deep into what the team is going to do with this pick. And now, we can get an even closer look at the players who they could land here as the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine is kicking off.

Of course, there’s much more work to be done beyond that first choice. Cleveland has a talented roster but they need to fill in a few holes to be true contenders in the AFC North. That means they will need to make the most ouf of every selection in the upcoming draft.

With all that being said, we look at five players who could be had in various rounds that we should pay close attention to during the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine.
