Let’s be honest, there could be several names here when talking about offensive tackles. The Cleveland Browns need to replace left tackle Greg Robinson who was already reportedly not coming back before getting busted with an unreal amount of marijuana which could lead to him spending a lot of time behind bars.

They also need to make a move at right tackle with Chris Hubbard struggling to hold things down on that side. He was a big signing in 2018 but the former Pittsburgh Steelers swing tackle hasn’t lived up to his lofty contract.

More from Browns Draft

Due to their dire need here, names such as Jedrick Wills, Tristan Wirfs, Josh Jones, and Andrew Thomas have all been linked to the Browns and all should be watched closely in Indianapolis — as should some other players as well.

However, another name has been linked to Cleveland heavily in recent weeks. That would be Louisville offensive lineman Mekhi Becton, who is a monster at the position. Standing 6-foot-7 and 369-pounds, there’s no more imposing figure in the draft than him. Naturally, his size gives him incredibly long arms and he’s got power to spare.

He’s more than just a big body though as Becton moves really well for such a large man and has great footwork. Still, he’s not a finished product but his ceiling is incredibly high. It will be fun to see if he can stand out above the rest in the Combine and convince the Browns to make the move for him at No. 10.
