No. 1: Malik Harrison, LB, Ohio State

With Malik Harrison coming out of Ohio State, why not keep him in familiar grounds and keep him in the state of Ohio if the potential production is there?

Harrison comes in as one of the bigger linebackers in the league, standing at 6-foot-3 and 240 pounds. “I’m one of the biggest linebackers in this draft class.” With all of his size and strength, he was still able to run a solid 4.66 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine.

In his senior year with the Buckeyes, Harrison finished with 75 total tackles to go along with 4.5 sacks. With Mack Wilson having decent size and closing speed, Harrison joining forces with Wilson would bring the opposite, making it an interesting mix to think about putting together.

Harrison also brought in the top time among linebackers in the 3-cone drill at the combine with a time of 6.83. Harrison seemed to show a bit of everything at the combine, making his presence felt in just about every aspect.

Harrison would definitely be happy to stay in his home state and head up 71-North, and we will see if the Browns take a chance on him in the middle rounds of this 2020 Draft.
