General manager Andrew Berry has already made waves with his roster decisions. Now, we look at some Cleveland Browns he may extend in 2020.

We’re still early in the career of Andrew Berry as the general manager of the Cleveland Browns but he’s already putting his stamp on the team. Berry quickly started to move on from some of the contracts his predecessor, John Dorsey, signed during his two-year tenure.

For example, he released tight end Demetrius Harris, guard Eric Kush, and cornerback T.J. Carrie. All three players were brought in by Dorsey yet were not in the plans for Andrew Berry.

This doesn’t mean that all the players who were on the roster last season are in trouble. In fact, Berry was part of the regime that drafted a lot of the current Browns — although he might be a little frustrated that guys such as defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah and safety Jabrill Peppers were traded by Dorsey.

Those are just two of the names who were victims of the “Full Dorse” which saw the gum-chewing gun-slinger throwing players off his team at an alarming rate.

Berry also has shown he’s willing to make tough decisions. It was recently reported that he plans to allow linebacker Joe Schobert to hit the open market, a move fans are not happy with.

With all that being said, we look over the Cleveland Browns roster and identify three players who are entering a contract year. These are the top three guys Berry could sign to an extension in 2020.
