The Cleveland Browns have had a great offseason so far, but they aren’t done just yet. Here are five positions that they still need to upgrade ahead of the 2020 season.

So far this offseason, the Cleveland Browns have made some great moves. Rookie head coach Kevin Stefanski and rookie general manager Andrew Berry seem to have a vision for their roster and have done a solid job trying to make that work.

Their offseason moves show they understand where their biggest weaknesses from 2019 were and are trying to address them. This was evident as they signed one of the best right tackles in the game early on in Jack Conklin from the Tennessee Titans.

They also understood their run defense wasn’t up to par last season, which is why they gave Andrew Billings a one-year contract to play nose tackle. The back end of their defense also received a makeover with the signings of Karl Joseph and Andrew Sendejo at safety.

Some underrated moves also happened as Berry landed Andy Janovich in a trade to play fullback and B.J. Goodson was signed to provide depth at linebacker. Of course, the Browns also splurged some, signing Austin Hooper to play tight end despite having David Njoku on their roster already.

With all these moves in the book, they’re primed to take a step forward next season, provided of course, they do well in the upcoming draft. And in that draft, they do have some work to do as there are some remaining positions that could use some more help.

Here, we look at those positions and identify the five areas remaining where the Cleveland Browns could add some talent to their roster as they prepare for a run at the AFC North in 2020.
