Meet a few of the prospects that Andrew Berry and the Cleveland Browns have brought in for pre-draft meetings, which has a focus on the offensive line

The NFL Draft is just two weeks away and the Cleveland Browns are likely assembling their big board as you read this.

Luckily, the NFL Combine took place before the coronavirus outbreak, and the Browns were able to meet with several players there. On Sunday, in the new episode of Building the Browns, cameras caught the team interviewing Oklahoma quarterback Jaelen Hurts.

Additionally, the episode quickly flashed the team interviewing Oklahoma wide receiver CeeDee Lamb as well as tight ends Adam Trautman, Harrison Bryant, and Hunter Bryant.

Logan Ulrich at nfltraderumors.co has compiled a list of prospects that the Browns have met with, either via FaceTime or elsewhere. Here are those prospects:

  • James Morgan (QB, FIU)
  • James Costin (DL, Miami (OH))
  • Marlon Davidson (DL, Auburn)
  • Logan Wilson (LB, Wyoming)
  • Curtis Weaver (DE, Boise State)
  • Mekhi Becton (OT, Louisville)
  • Tristan Wirfs (OT, Iowa)
  • Andrew Thomas (OT, Georgia)
  • Jedrick Wills (OT, Alabama)
  • Josh Jones (OT, Houston)
  • Austin Jackson (OT, USC)
  • Cameron Clark (OT, UNC Charlotte)
  • Ezra Cleveland (OT, Boise State)
  • Robert Hunt (OT, Louisiana Lafayette)

Now, keep in mind, these are the only prospects that have been linked to the Browns through reports. They have likely had FaceTime meetings with other prospects that haven’t been reported on.

Certainly, the Browns have put a gigantic focus on offensive tackles. Additionally, it’s interesting they have met with tight ends, despite having David Njoku under contract and knowing they were going to be aggressive in pursuit of Austin Hooper. It’s relieving that they’ve kicked the tires on some defensive players as well.

Let’s take a look at some of these intriguing prospects that you might now know much about:
