No. 8: Lamar Jackson CB, Nebraska

Lamar Jackson has the size and coverage skills that you look for in a starting caliber outside corner. The Big 6-3, 215-pound Jackson presents a size issue with every receiver he lines up against. And with Jackson being projected as a day three pick, he certainly is worth looking out for.

More from Dawg Pound Daily

Jackson had a stellar four-year run as a Cornhusker with 123 tackles, two sacks, three forced fumbles and five interceptions in 40 games played. Jackson was second in the Big Ten with three interceptions as a senior last season.

No. 7: Jonah Jackson OG, Ohio State

The Browns need help on the offensive line and the right guard position is in dire need of some talent. Jonah Jackson is a player who can step in immediately as a mid-round pick and start from day one.

Completely dominating his opponents during the Senior Bowl in one vs. one battles, Jackson, who has played both left and right guard during his college career that includes time at Rutgers, has the strength and skill to be an excellent NFL offensive lineman.

No 6: Davion Taylor LB, Colorado

Speed kills in today’s NFL and Davion Taylor is by far the fastest linebacker in this draft. Clocked with a 4.49 40-yard dash time at the combine, this speedy linebacker can player a hybrid type role for whoever drafts him.

With the ability to play linebacker, safety or slot corner, Taylor is a swiss army knife of a player who can be deployed in many different roles. And with 18 total tackles for a loss in two playing seasons at Colorado, Taylor has the knack for making big plays behind the line of scrimmage.
