3. Odell Beckham Jr.

Many people doubt Odell Beckham’s determination and desire to play in Cleveland. What they can never doubt is his undeniable, God-given talent.

Beckham was injured for pretty much the entire season with a core muscle injury and still put up over 1,000 yards receiving. With only a 55.6 percent catch rate, that’s a pretty decent number. Still, he had a very poor season last year: 74 receptions, four touchdowns and an average of only 68 yards per game.

No doubt about it, Beckham had his worst season as a pro. It was below average by all measures. You can blame that on his injury, the quarterback play, the coach, or whatever floats your boat, but the fact remains last season fell tremendously short of expectations.

This season will be different. The Browns offensive roster is set up very similarly to the Vikings of last year. Top-tier running back, two solid tight ends, and two top-tier receivers who all thrived in production. Beckham’s numbers should mirror those of Adam Thielen when fully healthy in 2018; over 1,300 yards, nine or more touchdowns, and over 100 receptions. That is prime Beckham and that is what fans are expecting.

With Beckham having successful core muscle surgery earlier this offseason and getting a more seasoned coach, he should have a considerable positive impact on the field.
