Michael Pittman Jr. is a very talented wide receiver as he falls into the third round due to this being one of the more deep wide receiver draft classes in recent history.

Pittman had a great season for USC last year with 101 catches for 1,275 yards and 11 touchdowns. Very productive for a receiver who rough quarterback play at times last season.
And the Cleveland Browns certainly need more depth behind Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry.
It’s also going to be very hard to pay both Beckham and Landry come the 2021 season so getting a player with this much talent ready for that season could come into play when making this decision.
Pittman has all the skill that you look for in a receiver prospect. He has the size, good route running ability and excellent leaping abilities that make him one of the more polished receivers in this class.
Now he did run a 4.52 40-yard dash time, so that is currently making his stock dip a bit, but while his speed is not burner fast, it isn’t like he is turtle out there.
He is also a willing blocker and that could help him see the field early in his NFL career. The potential is there with Pittman, and the Browns follow suit and pick him up with the No. 74 overall selection.
