The Cleveland Brown head into day 3 of the NFL Draft with 3 picks left on the board. Where will the Browns go with their fourth-round pick?

The Cleveland Browns have not won the draft. They have not picked the big-name players. Nor have they reached to make a splash pick. Fans have watched the Browns win the draft for years only to lose on the field.

This draft will be different. The Browns have taken players that were both the best player on the board and fit a need on the team. These players were taken with a plan for how they will be used. By defining their role they will be in a better position to contribute on the field.

Day 3 of the draft is all about taking players that can be developed. Here is where the players with talent who have yet to figure it out on the field get taken. This is also the day to take chances on guys with character issues that have fallen down in the draft.

In the fourth round, the Browns continued this trend. They had several areas of need to be addressed. They addressed depth at the tight end with Harrison Bryant.

Bryant is a more of a receiving tight end than a blocking tight end. The wide zone offense is a tight end heavy offense. After David Njoku and Austin Hooper, then tight end room seems a little sparse.

With Bryant, the Browns add the 2019 John Mackey Award winner for the nation’s top tight end.
