The Cleveland Browns have had an exciting offseason thus far. Now with the schedules being released, Cleveland will be faced with some tough challenges.

The 2020 NFL schedules were released Thursday, and the Cleveland Browns can now look forward to their season and matchups. There are some challenges hidden in the schedule, as well as some smooth patches, but it should more favorable than last year’s schedule when it was front-loaded with talent.

Cleveland will play the NFC East and the AFC South. Both divisions have some quality teams at the top but have some teams that are currently struggling. Realistically, these two divisions should be fun to play and can be reasonably favorable for the Browns and their record.

The AFC North itself is an extremely talented division and can cause the Browns some problems, as they have in the recent past. The Ravens, Steelers, and Bengals each defeated the Browns once last year, and each of the three teams improved significantly this off season.

In this article, we will focus on the three most challenging games that the Browns will face this season.

Honorable mention: Week 11 against the Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are a very talented team, although their record in 2019 did not reflect that. Carson Wentz can play at an MVP level if he stays healthy, and they have excellent offensive and defensive lines. The Eagles are just three years removed from their Super Bowl victory against the Patriots.

The Browns will be tested in the trenches, so it will be a big test for their new and improved offensive line, as well as head coach Kevin Stefanski’s system. The defensive line will also have to play well to get pressure on and contain Wentz.
